Delivery

We aim to deliver a frame only or non-prescription sunglasses order within 7 days. Frames with lenses can take up to 14 days. Occasionally items can be out of stock with suppliers and a new production run will not begin for weeks- we will inform you if this is the case with your item. You will be offered the chance to cancel your order. Orders are sent via the Royal Mail’s Special or Recorded delivery services. The item will be insured according to value. After receiving your item please contact us immediately if it appears that the item was damaged in transit.

Refunds

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase please do contact us and we will resolve the situation. However all issues must be bought to our attention within 7 days of receipt of goods. We can issue full refunds for non-prescription sunglasses or frame only orders however if you have ordered lenses with any frame we can only give you a refund if there is an error on our part, as prescription lenses are a bespoke product however we will always endeavour to resolve any issues amicably.

Faulty Items

All our items come with a 1year manufacturer’s warranty. This covers any manufacturing defects but not including accidental damage or misuse. We charge a handling fee of £12 to replace the item for you. However if this defect is discovered within 28 days the handling fee is waived.
